I served as a Senior Fellow with the Banyan Impact Fellowship of the American India Foundation, where I have the privilege of mentoring 40+ dynamic early- career social impact professionals from India and the US.

Recognising the critical need for guidance and support among early-career professionals, I offer mentorship to those navigating the complexities of social impact work, especially those from marginalised communities.
